Chief Operations Officer

 

Mr. Terrence Coleman is bringing twenty plus years of experience in the Human Resources, Training and Development,  Safety/Risk Management,  and Organizational Effectiveness arenas  from organizations including Procter and Gamble, The Omaha Head Start Program, The Dial Corp,  and PayPal (an eBay Company).  Mr. Coleman's passion for the community has helped secure thousands of dollars in eBay Foundation funds awarded to community -based programs, agencies, and organizations in the Omaha and surrounding areas.  

  

Mr. Coleman is no stranger to the NeighborWorks Omaha organization, as he has provided ongoing computer literacy and entrepreneurship workshops for small business owners and aspiring business owners since 2007, at the Neighborworks Omaha training facility.  

  

Mr. Coleman has a B.S degree from Xavier University and an MBA degree from the University of New Orleans. Mr. Coleman's responsibilities at NeighborWorks Omaha will be to lead all internal operations, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, and to facilitate/ implement the short and long term strategic planning for the organization.
