Housing Consultant

 

Ms. Kellum has over 18 years of experience assisting clients with their financial/mortgage, homeownership and credit counseling needs. She began her career in financing for a local community bank in 1989 where she spent 5 years as a personal banker. In 1994 Ms. Kellum was hired at Omaha 100 as a mortgage loan originator where she offered various mortgage financing solutions to low- and moderate-income individuals interested in purchasing homes in the North and South Omaha communities. 

  

In 2000 Ms. Kellum accepted a position with NeighborWorks Omaha (NWO) as the Housing Coordinator where she spent her time assisting potential homebuyers through the process of purchasing their newly constructed homes. Ms. Kellum was then recruited by a major mortgage company to serve as the Emerging Markets branch manager. During her tenure, Ms. Kellum was instrumental in the formation of the branch, she trained and managed staff members, and continued to assist clients with their mortgage loan and credit counseling needs for a total of 5 years. Lastly, Ms. Kellum returned to NWO in July of 2006 as the company's Housing Director and currently holds the position of Housing Consultant. 

  

Ms. Kellum supports the daily activities of the President/CEO. She continues to offer her knowledge and expertise to clients in an effort to make the transition into homeownership as smooth as possible.
